VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
We are always looking for people to help us out on the day of our competitions. No Prior highland dance knowledge is required, there will be many people in attendance to help if you have questions. If you are interested in helping at our upcoming event, please sign up here:

See below for a short description of all our Competition Day Volunteer Jobs.
Numbers: Assist the Competition Secretary with handing out numbers to registered dancers. Keep an eye on the used costume rack.
Signs: Changing the platform signs with each change of category. Great job of younger dancers or siblings!
Runner: Collect judges sheets @ the end of each dance, bring to the scorers. Great job for dancers or older siblings!
Concession: Attend to concession table. Morning shift will help with set up; afternoon shift will help with packing up.
Raffle Table: Attend to raffle table and sell raffle and 50/50 tickets.
Line Up: Help back stage to organize each class and send sets on stage. Experience is helpful, but not required. We can give a crash course to new volunteers, and there will be knowledgeable people around.
Scoring: Inputting marks from judge’s sheets into Highland Scrutineer. Experience in helpful, but not required. We can give a crash course to new volunteers, and there will be knowledgeable people around.

Announcer: As it sounds, this person will make announcements for categories and will call dancers back stage in preparation for their sets. This will also announce the awards and other miscellaneous notices.
